The World Tour events will also extend beyond the games of the tournament. The participating players will take part in individual skills challenges and top street artists and DJs will make appearances. Exciting, urban and innovative, 3×3 basketball is inspired by several forms of street ball played worldwide. Endorsed by FIBA, the games see two teams of three players facing off on a standard half-court. The style was played successfully for the first time in international competition at the 2010 Youth Olympic Games (YOG) in Singapore.
