Keenan Dowell is a 2017 6’5 combo guard out of British Columbia. A true hidden gem–full skill set as he can shoot, dribble and pass it at a high level. However the distinguishing element in Dowell’s game is his TOUGHNESS which he displayed through his mannerisms all weekened–he never changed his emotion through three days of camp, stayed even keel.
