RICHMOND,BC–With a day and a half into the NPH British Columbia Showcase, a 6’3 point guard in the class of 2015 has risen above the crop of talent in attendance. Possessing a 6’8 wing span, great vision, complimented with a killer instinct rarely found at such a young age, the youngster has not only distinguished himself within the province but has jumped on to the NPH national radar, here to stay.

We would like to introduce you to Jermaine Haley out of Burnaby South Secondary, who also competes on the AAU circuit with Drive.

The 6’3 point guard was sensational throughout day two demonstrating the ability to create for himself and others at an elite level. His passing ability is second to none, whether it be on the drive and kick, pick and roll or attracting defenders in transition.

Not only can he create for others, but put on an offensive clinic that saw him blowing by defenders, pulling up in the mid-range and the most impressive feature–hitting his defender with a crossover that was followed up with a step back three pointer to put the gym in a frenzy.

With an abundance of talent in the building between the class of 2012-2016, Canada will certainly become familiar with several new names within the next few days. However in the meantime, recite the two words “Jermaine Haley” out loud…and let it sink in.

It is safe to say that Haley has punched his ticket to the Top Prospect Game on day three of the NPH BC Showcase. Stay tuned for the final recap!!
