Berhane has spent the past three seasons in Europe but found a home in Spain playing with Saenz Horeca Araberri.

Berhane averaged 18.9 points, 2.9 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.2 steals this past season in the LEB Gold.

The Ottawa, ON product was selected for the All-Spanish LEB Gold second team and Spanish LEB Gold All-Imports team.

Berhane also made an appearance at Nike Crown League week two where he put on a shooting clinic. He finished with 25 points while knocking down six three-pointers for Team ACE.

The 6’1 shooting guard is chasing his NBA dreams that he’s been fighting for since he was un-drafted in 2014.

Another example of the budding talent being produced at the Canadian University level (USports).
