Thon Maker Ruled Eligible for 2016 NBA Draft

The NBA rule states that a prospect must be 19 years old and one year removed from high school in order to enter the NBA draft.

Thon Maker checks off on both those parameters, graduating from high school last June, according to guardian Ed Davis.

As a result, the 7’1 specimen has been cleared for the 2016 NBA draft by the league.

Maker will now prepare to the big leagues in pre-draft work outs, and look to sign with an agent.

The NBA draft is set for June 23, 2016.
