Shemar Rathan-Mayes is a stone cold PG with a cerebral game which he showed all season this year at Orangeville Prep. He collected tournament MVPs throughout the year and consistently produced for himself and his teammates through his drive and kick, dish and split. We like what he is now and what he is becoming.
