Abu Kigab Cuts NCAA List to 6, Eugene Omoruyi Commits to Rutgers

Abu Kigab, NPH Top 5-ranked 2017 Canadian basketball prospect of UPlay Canada has cut his NCAA list to 6. Kigab will visit Oregon on September 10, with other visits in the works.

The St Catharines, Ontario native will choose between the following programs:

  • USC
  • Oregon – Sept 10 Official Visit
  • Tennessee
  • Illinois – Sept 16-18 Official Visit
  • California – Oct 7-8 Official Visit
  • UCLA

Eugene Omoruyi vs Abu Kigab

Kigab went from St Francis Secondary in his hometown to Prolific Prep in California, where he played with potential NBA lottery pick Josh Jackson. On the AAU circuit, the 6’6 wing has been putting in work with UPlay Canada for the last two years. Kigab has the highest motor in the country and will be an immediate impact player in the program of his choosing.

Speaking of motor and impact, NPH Top 15-ranked Eugene Omoruyi committed to Rutgers today. The 6’6 forward began blossoming at West Humber and completed his HS career at Orangeville Prep.
