VIDEO: Highlights from Bruce Brown, Christian David, Eddie Ekiyor and Quincy Guerrier

Another weekend at the 35th Sun Youth Holiday Classic tournament has featured many of Canada’s NPH top ranked prospects and a few American ESPN top ranked guys such as Miami Commit, Bruce Brown and his teammate Tyrique Jones who has committed to Xavier of the Big East along with Ottawa’s Eddie Ekiyor who will be making a formidable front court for the Musketeers.

The Canadians in this video are 2017 guard Christian David of Vermont Academy who holds several D1 offers, his teammate Brown, Eddie Ekiyor and lastly a young stud in 2019 guard Quincy Guerrier.

Do not be surprised if you see Guerrier in the red and white playing for Canada’s Cadet Team.

On day three, the finals are set between Vermont Academy and John Abbott.

Thetford gave Vermont a competitive three quarters before VA ran with the lead after a few threes from Christian David and dunks from Brown that lit the crowd.

Although, John Abbott is not expected to give much of a fight against a stacked Vermon squad with size and athleticism, we know that they will battle and shoot the three well enough to have a chance.

After the finals, we’ll be heading to Florida where NPH National Scout, Tariq Sbiet is already in attendance tracking top Canadians at the City of Palms tournament.
