Team Canada Undefeated in France…Jerome Desrosiers Named Tourny MVP

The Canadian National team for the Cadet level has been rockin and rollin’ in preparation for the 2014 FIBA World championships in Dubai.

The crew started in France for an exhibition tournament where they defeated France (81-78), Puerto Rico (79-62), Australia (88-85) and Argentina (88-85) for the four-game sweep.

Jerome Desrosiers was named tournament MVP in the process.

At the upcoming FIBA U17 World Championships, Canada is set to tip off against France on August 8, Japan (AUG 9) and Dubai (AUG 11) in the preliminary round.
