League Registration Terms Agreement
1. Payment Terms
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your team’s spot
• Full payment is due no later than two (2) weeks prior to the season tip-off
• No refunds will be issued for deposits or league registration fees under any circumstances
2. Scheduling & Forfeits
• No schedule changes will be made unless due to an Act of God (e.g., extreme weather or emergency).
• Forfeiting a scheduled game will result in a $500 service fee, which covers gym time, staffing, officials, and other game-related costs.
3. Deadlines & League Standing
• All teams must meet registration and payment deadlines to maintain active participation and strong league standing.
• Failure to meet deadlines may result in removal from the schedule or disqualification from the league.
4. Commitment & Preparedness
• Once registered, teams are fully committed to the league season.
• Programs must be organized, prepared, and ready to compete in a professional and timely manner throughout the duration of the league.
5. Rules & Regulations
• All participating programs must thoroughly review and adhere to the official NPH Leagues Rules and Regulations.
• These rules govern game play, player conduct, team operations, and dispute resolution processes.
• It is the responsibility of each team to ensure that all staff, coaches, and athletes are familiar with the outlined regulations.
