C.O.D.E Academy’s led by one of the best duos in the country

As a Prospect, it’s one thing to be a good basketball player. It’s another thing to play your position at a high level. Especially when looking to be recruited.

It’s almost like applying for a job, it’s one thing to have qualifications, but it’s another thing to meet the employers needs.

C.O.D.E stands for “Chasing Our Dreams Everyday”. This Basketball Academy ensures all of their student-athletes take care of business not just on the court, but in the classroom as well. The same discipline required when it comes to education is the same discipline C.O.D.E Academy’s players display on the basketball court when they step out there.

Particularly, 2024 5’10 PG Kymani Merraro & 2024 6’6 F Amare Allen. All season long these two have been dominant at their positions. In the NPH D1 League, they are the highest scoring duo per game at a combined 37.5ppg (5 games minimum).

Kymani, who’s averaging 18.2ppg is as steady as you can get at the PG spot. Elite quickness, toughness, and ball handling ability that allows him to constantly get paint touches either for finishes, dumpoffs, or kickouts. Pushes the pace and gets his teammates involved, but can takeover the game with scoring ability if needed.

Amare is easily one of the top prospects in the country and is gaining interest from multiple post-secondary programs both in the US & Canada. Averaging 19.3ppg and possesses strong skill, size for position, and IQ. He’s what you call a “get it done” type of guy. Low maintenance and efficient. Can score inside, in the post, and in the midrange all at a high level. When it comes to getting to his spots with limited dribbles he’s one of the best around. Also a versatile defender with length that allows him to guard multiple positions.

C.O.D.E Academy currently sits at 5-2 in the NPH D1 League and are looking like serious contenders. With a strong foundation of experienced coaches, talent, and depth, they have all the tools to compete with most, if not all programs in the country.
