Supersession Weekend: NPA & NPH D1 both in action this weekend across 4 locations
You know the Canadian Basketball High School season is well underway & thriving when you’ve got action-packed events week in & week out all over Canada. Both inside, & outside the North Pole Hoops Ecosystem.
This weekend at NPH, we’ve got the second session of the NPA season going down in Burlington, as well as NPH D1 League across 3 locations between Burlington, Mississauga, & Vaughan.
Here’s a look at the upcoming schedule for the NPA:
NPA is BACK for session 2️⃣ in Burlington
Kicking off this Friday, we’ve got 1️⃣0️⃣ games taking place over the 3 days 🔥🇨🇦

To quickly recap the first NPA session, the two remaining undefeated teams at the top of the table are Fort Erie Red & Polaris Prep both at 3-0. Leading the league in scoring is Northstar Prep’s 2025 PG Waris Njoya at 22.2 ppg. The leading boards man is Fort Erie’s 2025 7 Foot big man Matt Dann at 15 rpg. For the NPH D1 League, we’ll be seeing some notable programs make their season debut. United Scholastic Academy, Kennedy Prep, and V3 Academy will be lacing it up for the first time this season.
Also looking forward to seeing the elite competition from last session. Cali Prep, Burloak Prep, Polaris Prep Academy, & TNP West all sit at 3-0. William Academy’s another extremely fun team to watch.
