DeMarre Carroll is a RAPTOR!

The Raptors have locked up small forward and former Atlanta Hawk, Demarre Carroll.

Carroll is a hard nose, competitive, 3 and D type player, something that the Raptors desperately needed after their first round no show against the Washington Wizards.
