NPH provides a basketball league infrastructure that organizes the elite, with the elite. This structure presents opportunities for teams to grow and move through different levels of competition.

The NPH ecosystem operates with a performance based growth mindset meaning programs have the opportunity to grow through collaboration and self-development.

On the other hand, programs can move down the ladder based on performance on and off the court as an organization (meeting standards and following rules and regulations).

NPH acts as a support system for programs helping connect dots and fill gaps that a program may have.
