SASKATOON,SK–Last night’s matchup between Alberta and Acadia saw the Golben Bears victorious yet again and posting a 2-0 record at the shootout. Alberta defeated the AUS favourite, 80-59
The Bears where paced by Daniel Ferguson’s 29 pts followed by a more assertive Robert Dewar who posted 17pts 8rbs 5 steals’
“Rob played the way we like to see him” explained coach Greg Francis. “He began doing all the little things that gives us an advantage.”
Alberta went into hafltime with a 13 point lead and remained comfotable throughout the game, never relinquishing the lead over Acadia who are now 4-2
