National Basketball League of Canada Announces Schedule
TORONTO, ON–The National Basketball League of Canada’s preseason kicks-off on
October 14 when the London Lightning visit the Quebec Kebs.
“We’re extremly excited for the preseason to begin,” said NBL Canada President and CEO, Andre Levingston. “These 10 games will give fans a preview of the high caliber of basketball and excitement that this season will bring.”
Preseason tickets can be purchased at individual team venues, or by calling their head offices. The full preseason schedule can be found attached to this press release.
Founded in 2011, the National Basketball League of Canada is the nation’s only professional basketball league.
NBL Canada is committed to developing the next generation of Canadian athletes and raising the excitement and awareness for basketball throughout the country.
Seven teams will play in the inaugural 2011-2012 season and the league is poised for continued expansion across Canada.
