LAS VEGAS, NV–Viva Las Vegas!
It’s been a hectic journey for the NPH team thus far throughout the first two days, as we have been bouncing around from gym to gym scouting some of Canada’s finest at the FAB 48 as well as the Las Vegas Live Tournament.
At this point, we have managed to catch a majority of the Canadian teams at least once, and some of the main headlines up to date include:
Nick Stauskas, the total Package: Known for his superior shooting abilities, Stauskas put his FULL game on display, reassuring the Michigan Wolverines that they made a great decision, by signing the NPH #3-Ranked Canadian of 2012.
Drive Elite 17’s lose two tough games: Drive Elite out of British Columbia, have played well thus farr, but not well enough to close games out. They have lost their last two games by two points each. The team will regroup and look to have as strong finish in pool play.
Basketball BC’s Braxston Bunce Raising the Bar: Big Bunce has been nothing short of impressive and the NCAA will continue knocking on his door moving forward. At this point, Portland has shown great interest in the 6’11 Centre and for good reason. The big man has come a long way and is fresh off his trip from the World Championships.
