Seven Canadians Invited to NBA Basketball Without Borders Americas
Today a bunch of Canadians have been invited to a very prestigious camp. Tyrese Samuel, AJ Lawson, Joel Brown, Emanuel Miller, Jaden Bediako, Wheza Panzo and Ben Hendriks have all been invited to NBA Basketball Without Borders Americas which takes place in the Bahamas this year from July 5-8.
We have been raving about Canada’s 2019 class for years. After getting an early look at this class since they were in 8th grade, it was safe to project their potential.
AJ Lawson and Joel Brown have both taken NPH Showcase MVPs after dominant performances at the summer exposure camps.
The guards that will be in attendance are equipped with the skill to really open some NBA people’s eyes, while the bigs are taking to their natural rate of development and making strides.
Tyrese Samuel and AJ Lawson’s names are becoming very familiar to NCAA coaches as of late. Their productivity on the Nike EYBL Circuit with UPlay Canada has increased their stock significantly.
Joel Brown has been showing off one of the tightest handles and blitzing speed while suiting up for CIA Bounce. As he continues to develop his jump shot he becomes one of the potent 2019 point guards in the world.
The 2019 Canadian class continues to shape out as the strongest to date. Rowan Barrett Jr leads the way as #1 overall and from their to the top 50, these prospects will be recruited aggressively at the NCAA level.
