Jaelin Llewellyn, the 6-foot-3 guard from Mississauga, Ontario is one of the top point guards in the 2018 class. He currently attends Virginia Episcopal (VA) School, he announced his commitment to Princeton on Monday via Twitter.

Llewellyn chose Princeton over offers from Cincinnati, Clemson, Creighton, Florida, Georgetown, Georgia Tech, Ohio State, Providence, Purdue, URI, Stanford, Tennessee, Virginia and Wake Forest.

This is a huge get for the Tigers and the Ivy league as Llewellyn is the first to pledge to their 2018 class.

Over the course of the years, patterns have shown that the Top 5 in each class are potential NBA prospects and in some cases sure shot NBA guys.

Llewellyn has the physicals, athleticism, skill and mindset to make it to the highest levels. Just from his commitment to Princeton you know he’s got his head in the right place and is a brilliant student.
