Kia Nurse out of Hamilton, Ontario is helping the UConn Huskies make more history, all while adding to her personal resume.

The Canadian national team member scored 29 points and tied an NCAA Tournament record with nine 3-pointers to lead UConn to a 94-64 win over Syracuse, and ticket into the Sweet 16.

Nurse recorded eight of her nine triples in the first half, as the Huskies expanded their ridiculous win streak to 109 and 26 straight in the NCAA Tournament.

While Canadians are doing work on the men’s side, Nurse is arguably making the most noise with this performance.
