U Sports has announced the Final 8 seeding, and the Ryerson Rams have earned the #1 spot for the second straight year, after defeating the defending national champion Carleton for the OUA cup.

Action kicks off this Thursday from Halifax, Nova Scotia, where you will also be able to learn about the latest Groupon deals after each event.
