HALIFAX, NS–The Cole Harbour Cavaliers came out to Millwood merciless crushing the Knights with a 46 point victory and a final score of 93-47.

The Cavaliers went full steam ahead right off the jump ball and never looked back leaving the Knights in the dust.

The 6’4 guard Markeem Grant displayed how dangerous he really is dropping 34 points on the Knights in only three quarters, even being guarded by NPH ranked (2012 #74) Shawn Lucas.

Grant was doing everything that night, viciously swatting shots, knocking down five three pointers and slashing through the lane dunking on top of his competition, driving a dagger through the heart of the Knights.

NPH caught up with Ryan Hill from Millwood after the game, “Our defense was really lazy, we weren’t getting out on shooters, especially Markeem, he was just doing whatever he wanted.”

Markeem wasn’t only pulverizing Millwood offensively but kept Shawn Lucas, who averaging the second most points per game in metro, at low numbers with only nine points.

Grant, a 6’4 guard will look to attend a post-grad opportunity in Ontario following his senior year at Cole Harbour.

This victory puts Cole Habour at a 7-3 record while Millwood moves onto 5-4.
